Vishay TVS Diode
The Vishay LLP1713-7L package, surface mount 2-line BUS-port ESD protected bidirectional TVS diode has a stand-off voltage of 5V and reverse breakdown voltage of 8.7V. It has a maximum peak pulse current of 3.5A.
Features and Benefits
• ESD immunity acc. IEC 61000-4-2: ±15kV contact discharge and ±15kV air discharge
• Halogen free and lead (Pb) free component
• Low load capacitance CD = 0.8pF
• Low package height < 0.6mm
• Operating junction temperature ranges between -40°C and 125°C
• Soldering can be checked by standard vision inspection, no X-ray necessary
