The MTCH102, MTCH105 and MTCH108 devices from Microchip are Capacitive Touch/Proximity Controller ICs that convert touch or proximity detection into a simple digital output. The sensitivity level of the controller is configurable and a low-power mode included, allowing for easy optimisation.
