RS PRO Type K Thermocouple 1.5 mm Length, 1.5 mm Diameter → +1000°C
This robust Type K thermocouple from trusted brand RS PRO is commonly used to measure temperatures in hazardous or challenging environments.
When the temperature changes at a cable junction, you can use this thermocouple to take a reading. It features a single twisted pair of thermocouple probes insulated with an Inconel® steel braid, which makes it resistant to high temperatures, oxidation and corrosion. With a maximum operating temperature of +1000°C, it's a versatile temperature sensor that can be used in a wide range of applications.
Type K thermocouples are popular for their Compact size and Rapid response times. This one is part of our stringently tested RS PRO series. It's RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant, so it can be used to measure the temperature of all kinds of scientific, industrial and engineering equipment.
