POSISTOR® PRG series 0603 and 0805 chip type PTC thermistors for overcurrent protection with resettable function enabling repeated use. These POSISTOR® PTC thermistors have a Rapid operation in overcurrent conditions. This series is suitable for use as current limiting resistors and as a countermeasure to short circuit testing.
