RS PRO Flame Retardant Calcium-Magnesium Silicate Thermal Insulation, 3.6 m x 610 mm x 25 mm
This flexible thermal insulation sheet from RS PRO operates at super-high temperatures. As it doesn't contain any binders or lubricants, it won't release fumes or smells during its first firing. This makes it suitable for use in chimneys and in heat recovery steam generators (HRSG).
To ensure installation is fuss free, this blanket is easy to cut and shape. Suitable for use in heat shields, mould wrap insulation and passive fire protection, the thermal insulation sheet is flame-retardant, immune to thermal shock and resistant to chemicals. It's made of calcium-magnesium silicate and can withstand temperatures as high as +1150°C.
A versatile product, you'll find it used across industry in storage heaters and domestic ovens. As part of the RS PRO range, it has been stringently tested to ensure durability and safety.
