The Microchip MCP9509 resistor programmable temperature switch can be programmed with a single external resistor, which provides high design flexibility and simplicity. It operates voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. This switch provide user programmable features such as 2°C and 10°C (typical) switch hysteresis and output structure configuration.

Low supply current of 30 μA (typical)

Temperature switch accuracy is ±0.5°C

Switch for falling temperature cold option

Open drain external pull-up resistor

Temperature range between -40°C and +125°C
