SHT3x Series Temperature & Humidity Sensors
The SHT3x series are part of Sensirion’s next generation of temperature and humidity sensors. The 8-pin DFN packages are constructed with CMOSens® Technology which allows the sensing elements to be combined with the analogue and digital signal processing circuitry. The SHT3x series have increased intelligence, reliability and improved accuracy specifications compared to their predecessors and the small package makes for easy integration in a range of applications.
