The ROHM RFUH25NS3S series fast recovery diode has TO-263S (D2PAK) package and suitable for significant efficiency increase of switching power supply as well as reduction of switching loss. It has reverse voltage of 350V, forward voltage of 1.45V, reverse current of 0.01mA and rectified forward current of 20A. This diode has three terminals and single configuration.
