Strapping Tools

Banding Tools are tensioners that are lightweight and use a ratchet mechanism with a gripper foot and are designed for polypropylene strapping.

How do they work?

Prior to using the Banding Tool, wrap plastic strapping around the box, close the top handle banding tool and keep compressed, feed the strapping underneath with a 3inch over hang. Release the top handle to secure the strapping, take the next piece of the strapping and feed through the cutter and through the ratchet. Move the top handle back and forth to tighten with a ratchet action.
