The RS PRO Aluminium Weight Reactive Step is a smart, self-locking access solution designed for safety and convenience in busy working environments. Ideal for warehouses, stockrooms, and light industrial settings, this step features a clever weight-reactive mechanism that automatically locks the unit in place when in use—no need for manual brakes or stabilisers. Constructed from high-quality aluminium, it offers a strong yet lightweight structure that’s easy to manoeuvre. When not in use, the step glides smoothly on its castors. As soon as weight is applied, the castors retract, and the step rests securely on its rubber feet for maximum stability. Some assembly is required for this unit. This unit is Certified to EN 131 Professional Standard.

Fully enclosed platform with spring safety gates
4 x spring loaded castors in which they retract when weight is applied, leaving the unit supported by non-slip rubber feet
