Détails du produit
RS PRO IDC Splice Connectors
*Please note this product is now sourced from an RS PRO supplier due to high demand*
Gel filled and gas tight, the RS PRO splice connectors are widely used in the telecoms industry and other fine wire applications. Wires are simply inserted into the housing and crimped down which actuates an insulation displacement mechanism automatically connecting the two wires into an environmentally gel sealed unit.

RS PRO IDC Splice Connectors
Hardwearing wire connectors designed for 0.4mm to 0.9mm (26-19AWG) copper or copper-clad steel connector with insulation diameters of 2.08mm.
These connectors can handle a higher pair count cable and keep the splicing bundle O.D. to a minimum. The two ports can handle any two solid copper conductor combinations of 19-26 AWG / 0.9 mm – 0.4 mm filled or air core cable with a maximum insulation O.D. of 2.08mm.
Features:
Material - Polypropylene plastic part
Brass contact pin with plated tin surface
Voltage: 36V
Wires joined can have different gauges
Sealant insulates and protects the connections from corrosion and helps keep out moisture
Easy and quick to install
Connects two wires without stripping
Splicing technology for communication applications
Cable diameter is 0.4 to 0.9 mm
