RS PRO Round Speaker Driver, 1 W Nominal, 8 Ω
Use this RS PRO round speaker driver in your multiple-tone alarm or sounder. The transparent polyester Mylar film provides a durable and weatherproof alternative to paper cones, so it's suitable for use in outdoor applications or in buildings where moisture is present.
It's unflanged with two soldering points, so it's easy to fix securely in place on your equipment. This 50 mm black round speaker has an impedance of 8 Ω, meaning it needs less power from an amplifier to produce a loud sound.
Electrical and communication engineers use speaker drivers to build and repair signalling and sound systems. Use this unit to form a loudspeaker on outdoor PA systems, intruder alarms or marine air horns.
