The Fortishred™ 3250SMC Shredder provides powerful high-security shredding (Security Level P-6), for shared working environments where employees handle highly confidential information on a regular basis, i.e. the government. The continuous duty motor means that you can shred at any given time so all highly sensitive information can be destroyed immediately after use. The 3250SMC Shreds 8-10 sheets per pass into 0.8x12mm particles, approximately 6000 particles per A4 sheet, making the 3250SMC Ideal for situations where the high security precautions need to be taken. The generous 100 litre plastic bin and super-fine paper particles that take up less space mean that emptying the bin won’t need to be a frequent occurrence. This machine features a Sheet Capacity Sensor that helps to prevent paper jams, by indicating sheet capacity levels during the shredding process, as well as a wide 260mm paper entry for hassle free shredding. The Safety Shield features an electronically-controlled safety shield in the paper entry to keep fingers a safe distance from the cutters for peace of mind when shredding, while the Auto-Shut Off feature powers down the machine after 30 minutes of inactivity.
