Hammond Enclosure Accessory, Steel PCB Screw Type, 5mm Length - 1551 Series - 1551ATS100


Turn the screw on unsecured printed circuit boards with these enclosure accessories from Hammond. You can use a couple to mount a PCB inside an enclosure from the 1551 series (such as 773-3114). Simply screw them through the board and tighten them onto the mounting bosses in your housing. This fixing is designed specifically for small circuit boards, and each unit has a lid to keep your circuitry under wraps.

Can I use these screws to secure the lid of the enclosure?


No, these screws are only for securing the printed circuit board in place. Lid screws are provided with each enclosure, and you can order spares of these (570-704) separately.

What size are these screws?


These are no.2 x 3/16" screws meaning they have a 2.2mm thread and a 4.5mm length, so they add minimal bulk to your setup. You'll need a Pozidrive screwdriver to secure them.
