RS PRO Plain Button Stainless Steel Tamper Proof Security Screw, M6 x 12 mm
Use these security screws from RS PRO when you need strong threaded fasteners to connect objects or attach them to your walls and other surfaces. Their included pin is the only tool that can unscrew and screw them, so you can safeguard and affix objects you want to stop from being stolen or moved.
As they're made from an A2 stainless steel material, they contain chromium and nickel for durability and resistance to oxidation, corrosion, foodstuffs and organic and inorganic solutions. They conform to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directives, so the chromium content falls within acceptable limits.
The metric thread of the screws ensures a secure and tight fixing to a surface or object. You'll commonly find these screws used for fixtures that are exposed to moist conditions and fluctuating temperatures.
