This ON Semiconductor 0.5A Schottky power rectifier is a power rectifier that uses Schottky barrier technology. Their barrier metal features optimal forward voltage drop-reverse current tradeoff.
This device comes in an SOD-123 plastic package. All of the external surfaces are corrosion resistant. This Compact package is suitable for automated board assembly.

This Schottky power rectifier is Ideal for low voltage, high frequency rectification applications. They can be used as an alternative to the 34 MELF style package too.
