The DiodesZetex makes a single surface mount Super Barrier Rectifier(SBR) packaged in the low profile SMB package, offering very low Forward voltage drop (VF) and excellent low reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. offering very low Forward voltage drop (VF) and excellent low reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. It has a superior reverse avalanche capability, a patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity, a patented Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) technology. It offers a soft and fast switching. It is Lead, halogen and Antimony free and offers high reliability. The operating temperature range for this device is from -55°C to +150°C.

The maximum average rectified output current is 3 A It has peak repetitive reverse voltage rating of 100 V and peak forward surge current rating of 65 A It has a Forward voltage drop of 0.81 V
