The Vishay surface mount TMBS(trench MOS barrier Schottky) rectifier comes in SMP (DO-220AA) low profile package. It has 60V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage, 2A maximum DC forward current and operating junction temperature range from -40°C to +175°C. Meets MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260 °C. Typically it is used in low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications.
