Additionally, it has good UV and ozone resistance, and can withstand extreme temperatures, ranging from -60°C to +200°C. This makes it suitable for use in harsh and volatile environments. The silicone rubber sheet reduces both vibration and noise, so it's an effective soundproofing layer, and it returns to its original shape after compression, so it's durable and malleable.
