Jumo PT100 Temperature Probe, 4mm Dia, 100mm Long, 3 Wire, Class B +260°C Max

The Jumo Pierceable resistance thermometer with connecting cable and handle allows, due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor and the robust and water vapor-tight construction, a temperature measurement in almost all areas of food processing and preservation. The probe tube with dimensions of 4.0 x 100 mm is made of stainless steel 1.4571 and has a bevelled measuring tip with a 45° angle. The straight handle is made of PEEK and withstands temperatures up to +260 °C. The resistance thermometer is therefore preferably used for cooking and baking processes. Further applications are autoclaves and sterilizers. The resistance thermometer according to DIN EN 60751 (Class B) is designed as 1 x Pt100 in three-wire circuit and is designed for temperatures from -50 to +260 °C. The 4.0 m long connection cable made of PTFE is mounted strain-relieved at the transition.
