Jumo RTD Temperature Probe, 8mm Dia, 25mm Long, 3 Wire, G 1/2, Class B +260°C Max

The Jumo Screw-in resistance thermometer allows, due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor, a temperature measurement in liquid and gaseous media. With the 2.5 m long connection cable made of metal braiding and threaded protection tube, the resistance thermometer is designed for temperatures from -50 to +300 °C. An important selection criterion is the reliable tightness for measurements both under negative and positive pressure. This screw-in type is therefore ideally suited for applications in air conditioning and refrigeration technology as well as in heating, furnace and apparatus engineering. The threaded protection tube with the dimension M8 x 25 mm is made of stainless steel 1.4571 and protects the measuring insert against chemical influences and mechanical damage. The resistance thermometer according to DIN EN 60751 (class B) is designed as 1 x Pt100 in two-wire circuit.
