Jumo RTD Temperature Probe, 9mm Dia, 250mm Long, 3 Wire, G 1/2, Class B +400°C Max

The Jumo Screw-in resistance thermometer enables temperature measurement in gaseous and liquid media due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor. The proven installation form guarantees a reliable seal in case of under- and overpressure. The continuous protection tube and the process connection are made of stainless steel 1.4571 and protect the measuring insert against chemical influences and mechanical damage. The resistance thermometer is therefore ideally suited for applications such as in heating, furnace and apparatus engineering or in process technology. With exchangeable measuring insert, the resistance thermometer is designed according to DIN EN 60751 (Class B) as 1 x Pt100 in three-wire circuit and is designed for temperatures from -50 to +400 °C. The connection head made of die-cast aluminium in form B (IP65) is mounted through a neck tube, thermally decoupled from the process connection.

The connection head has an M20 x 1.5 cable gland and also contains an analog transmitter with output 4 to 20 mA with a temperature scaling from 0 to 200 °C The protection tube has a dimension of 9.0 x 250 mm
