If you need a reliable way to adjust and tighten loads, use this RS PRO rigging screw with jaw-to-jaw end fittings. It's designed to increase tension between two components.
Thanks to its stainless steel construction and electropolished finish, it's resistant to abrasion and rust. This makes it a long-lasting choice for use in tough industrial environments. The centre body twists to increase or decrease the length of the unit from a closed length of 245 mm to an open length of 360 mm. This allows for smoother operation when tensioning or loosening the load. It can easily hold both ends of the load thanks to its high tensile strength. For added security, there's a pin and locking ring on each jaw.
This rigging screw has been tested by engineers for safety and reliability. It's suitable for handling a maximum load of 500 kg.
