RS PRO 50 Ω Straight BNC RF Terminator, 1 GHz, 0.5 W Average Power Rating
Keep your media equipment running smoothly with the RS PRO RF terminator. The miniature component is designed for use with coaxial cable and minimises radio frequency (RF) reflection in digital signals.
This cable mount terminator is a male plug and features a gold-plated centre contact for optimal connectivity between components. The unit has an average power rating of 0.5 W and an operating frequency of up to 1 GHz. The part's straight-body orientation contains a bayonet fitting and the device has an impedance of 50 Ω.
Signal terminators, like this one, are designed to specifically match the impedances at both ends of a cable and carry electromagnetic signals with minimal reflection or power loss. This RS connector is suitable for a variety of applications including video signalling and test equipment. RF terminators with higher power ratings are also available from RS PRO.
