The Littlefuse Wickmann, TRF600 Series, 600V PolySwitch lead-free radial leaded resettable PPTC device for telecom protection, help meet the growing demand for resettable overcurrent protection. It helps to provide protection against damage caused by power cross and power induction surges as defined in ITU, Telcordia GR1089 and IEC 62368-1. It has holding current of 0.150A, trip current of 0.300A and max. trip time of 1.4 sec.
