Eaton Push Button Head, Plastic Body, 29.7mm Head Diameter - M22 Series - 216590 M22-D-S

To get your control device up and running, add this Eaton push button head. It handles up to 3,600 cycles an hour, so you can trust it to keep up with fast-moving switching tasks without a fuss. Thanks to a 29.7mm diameter, pressing it is hassle-free, even with gloves. The unit slots neatly into a standard 22mm cutout and has robust plastic and titanium housing that holds its own against abrasion and impact. Look out for push button heads like this one in processing plants and distribution centres.

Features & Benefits

• IP69K rating indicates complete protection against corrosion caused by dust and pressurised hot water jets
• Mechanical lifespan of 5 million operations for long-lasting switching
• Flush mounting for a low-profile fit on your panel
• Supplied without inscription, so you can label it as needed

What's the difference between maintained and momentary switches?

Maintained switches latch in position until you press them again – they're commonly used in lighting circuits. Momentary switches, such as keyboard buttons, only work when pressed, opening their contacts as soon as you release the actuator.
