Introducing the Harmony XB6 series of Contact Block by Schneider Electric. Specifically, the ZB6 range offers you reliability when you most need it. Tested under stringent scenarios & environments, the ZB6 range works incredibly well in many different scenarios and settings.

Features and benefits


• Durable plastic fixing collar material, with a slow break contact operation.

• 2 NC contact type with <=250 V rated supply voltage. The reliability of the electrical function is given with a confidence level of 90% (Λ = 10exp(-8) at 5 V, 1 mA, conforming to IEC 60947-5-4)

• 6 A cartridge fuse type gG conforming to EN/IEC 60947-5-1 providing you with excellent short-circuit protection to all surrounding components and users.

• 1,000,000 cycles of electrical durability, ensuring the continuing safety of your users and devices.

• Lightweight, easy to fit and configure. Easily removable and adjustable. Front mounting.

• Operating temperature of between -25 to 70 °C. Check the datasheet for further information.

• Schneider Green Premium product as standard across the XB4 Contact block range. Environmentally friendlier than alternatives, easy to dispose of safely.

• 18 month warranty period with Schneider Electric.

• EN/IEC 60947-1, 60947-5-1 & 60947-5-4.

• UL 508 & CSA C22.2 No 14.

• Vibration resistance to 5 gn, suitable for a wide variety of areas that may require devices to be resistant to movement. This conforms to IECE 60068-2-6

• Shock resistance to 30 gn (18 ms duration) conforming to IEC 60068-2-27

Schneider Electric ZB6 Harmony 16mm


A range of IP65 protected components which are easily and quickly mounted in 16mm diameter holes. Each component can be ordered separately to build the required device. Also available are contact blocks with slow-break positive opening contacts with ’Faston’/solder connections. Rating Ue 250Vac, Ie 1.5A; Ue 250Vdc, Ie 0.1A, Io A Ith operating temp. -25 to +70°C.
