For precise object detection within a 20mm range, go for this proximity sensor from Turck. It's an inductive type that generates an electromagnetic field and monitors changes caused by nearby metallic items. The device features a terminal chamber that acts as a protective enclosure for your electrical connection, enabling secure and organised wiring. A PBT housing resists wear and impact to deliver long-lasting service, even in challenging conditions. You can adjust the sensing head in nine different positions to capture your objects from various angles.
