The Omron TL-W series are a flat inductive proximity sensors, available in many different variations with DC 2-wire models & DC 3-wire models. These sensors are only 6 mm thick yet provide a sensing distance of up to 5mm. It comes with heat resistant ABS casing. It has protection circuit: load short circuit protection, surge suppressor. They are used extensively in industrial manufacturing.

Temperature range is -25°C to 70 °C
It satisfy IP67 requirements
