3-slot Male Triax to Female BNC Adapter 7078-TRX-GND


Keithley model 7078-TRX-GND is a 3-slot male triax to female BNC adapter (guard removed) for adapting non-guarded measurements to the model 237 SMU, 7072 or 7072-HV semiconductor matrix cards, or 8006 or 8008 test fixtures. The triax outer shield is connected to the BNC shell. There is no through connection for the triax inner shield so hazardous voltages from guard sources will not be present on the BNC shell.

Working voltage 600V peak centre conductor to inner shield, 1300V peak centre conductor and inner shield to outer shell

Maximum working current 1A peak

Operating temperature 0 → 50°C (up to 70% RH at ≤35°C)

Contact resistance <0.5Ω

Insulation resistance 1015Ω, centre conductor to inner shield (500V test voltage, 23°C@<40%RH)
