Tektronix Frequency Counter


The Tektronix frequency counter is a 2 channel new generation, 300MHz totalize measurement device. This counter offers performance and an abundance of features at an affordable price. With a graphical display and single-button analyse key, users can instantly view their measurements with histograms, trend plots or a wide choice of statistics displayed simultaneously on the display, including Allan Deviation. There is an added benefit of multi-parameter measurements from one test connection like voltage measurements, included with frequency. This counter has a frequency resolution of 12digit/s and a time resolution of 50ps. This instrument offers very high measurement speed and connectivity for an automated test system, including a convenient USB port. Measurements can be captured into internal memory at the rate of 250k/sec or streaming block transfers through USB/GPIB up to 15k/sec. It has various advanced features for measuring frequency, period, ratio, time interval, time interval error, pulse width, rise/fall time, phase angle, duty cycle, maximum voltage, minimum voltage and peak-to-peak voltage.
