The Microchip MIC2025 series of high-side MOSFET switches are optimized for general-purpose power distribution requiring circuit protection. The MIC2025 are internally current limited and have thermal shutdown that protects the device and load.

Operating range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V
Minimum continuous output current of 500 mA
Short-circuit protection with thermal shutdown
