MIC94300

The Microchip Integrated load switch incorporates ripple blocker active filter technology. It provides high-frequency ripple attenuation (switching noise rejection) for applications where switching noise cannot be tolerated by sensitive downstream circuits, such as in RF applications. A low-voltage logic enable pin disconnects the pass element and places the device into a low current-shutdown state when disabled.
