The MPS International Ltd Power Distribution Switch is designed for precision current limiting and provides up to 1.5A continuous output current. It offers programmable current limit between 60mA and 1.7A (typ) with ±10% accuracy by an external resistor. The switch includes an 88mΩ N channel Power MOSFET and operates from 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage.
