Infineon BTG7090-2EPL DAUGH BRD Evaluation Board for Power Switch for PROFET Motherboad

This daughterboard comes with 1 smart high-side power switch of BTG7090-2EPL and is compatible with the PROFET™ ONE4ALL Motherboard. It provides a quick pick and place solution for lab evaluations. The motherboard in combination with the daughterboard is capable of driving typical automotive loads.

•Capacitive load switching mode (CLS mode) to charge big capacitive loads in safe operation area
•Automotive qualified in accordance with AEC Q100 Grade1 and ISO 26262-ready documentation available for registered Infineon partners
•Diagnostic: Proportional load current sense, open load in ON and OFF state and short circuit to ground and battery
•Protection: Adjustable overcurrent limitation via external resistor and absolute and dynamic temperature protection with restart control
•Switch ON capability during inverse current condition (Inverse ON)

•Choose PROFET™ Load Guard for a broad range of use cases: load supply protection, load control and self-protection, power supply protection and wire protection
•Perform precise module diagnosis with best in class kILIS performance in smart high-side power switches in low current areas
•Cover a broad range of capacitive loads with one device using capacitive load switching mode (CLS mode)
•Protect sensitive input filters of various ADAS applications with one PROFET™ Load Guard device using adjustable overcurrent limitation
