The eval board has been designed to ease the performance evaluation of EiceDRIVER™ 1EDI303xAS which is suitable for SiC based applications.

EiceDRIVER™ 1EDI303XAS evalboard contains the 1EDI3031AS and 1EDI3030AS for SiC based applications, ASC on low side and ADC for temperature measurement on high side are available functionalities

Two more options are available:

•EiceDRIVER™ 1EDI302XAS: 1EDI3020AS and 1EDI3021AS for IGBT based applications.
•EiceDRIVERTM 1EDI30xxAS: EVALBOARD: full flexibility for customers to mount on any of the pin-compatible product variants.

The user manual navigates customers through all possible options and product combinations.

In addition to the evaluation board: the online simulation of the EiceDRIVERTM 1EDI302xAS/1EDI303xAS is ready for a truly seamless product evaluation.
