The ON Semiconductor evaluation board for the NCP/NCV51563. It consists of NCP51563 and 2 SiC MOSFETs in the standard D2PAK-7L package. The NCP51563 are isolated dual channel gate drivers with 4.5 A / 9 A source and sink peak current respectively. The NCP51563 offers other important protection functions such as independent under voltage lockout for both gate drivers and a Dead Time adjustment function.
