MikroElektronika Buck-Boost Converter Click Board
The MikroElektronika Buck-Boost converter click board is a buck-boost voltage regulator, a switching regulator topology that combines principles of the buck conversion (step-down) and the boost conversion (step-up). By combining these two topologies, MCP16331 INV click can output a regulated DC voltage, which can be set in the code for input voltage, both greater and less than the output voltage. This click works in an inverting configuration, providing an output voltage which is negative concerning the GND level. The input supply voltage rating is between 4.5V and 16V. Output voltage rating is between -2.7V and -5.4V. The output current rating is 500mA max.
