The STMicroelectronics evaluation board is a high-density power driver used for integrating gate drivers and four N-channel power MOSFETs in a dual half-bridge configuration. This high integration of the device allows efficient driving of loads in a tiny space. It has an input pin extended range allows easy interfacing with microcontrollers, DSP units or Hall effect sensors. This has both controlling and power signals are available on pin strip for easy connection to other boards.

• Interlocking function to prevent cross conduction

• Internal bootstrap diodes

• Suitable for operating as full-bridge and dual independent half-bridges

• Power system-in-package integrating gate drivers and high-voltage power MOSFETs: Low RDS(on) = 320mohm and BVDSS = 600V

• The 3.3V to 15V compatible inputs with hysteresis and pull-down

• UVLO protection on a supply voltage

• Very compact layout
