RS PRO 14 Input/ 12 Output High Speed Programmable Logic Controller with Relay Output (PLC)


A high-speed Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with relay output designed for the control of a wide variety of electro-mechanical processes and industrial automation and control systems.;With 14 inputs and 12 outputs the industrial PLC is easy to program with high-speed counter interrupts and execution speeds of 0.01 to 0.03 microseconds for unrivalled efficiency. The large memory capacity of 48000 steps offers complete control over complex systems and the maximum baud rate of 921600 allows instant connectivity and interaction between multiple components. ;The high-speed PLC features both cyclical scan and interrupt running modes with instruction list and ladder programming for up to 29 basic instructions and 170 application instructions. Supporting PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative), CCPID auto-tuning and E-CAM (Electronic Cam) the PLC orchestrates the self-adjustment and fine tuning of systems ensuring consistency and productivity.;Featuring standard connection through a micro USB or serial cable via the COM1 or COM2 serial ports the PLC features an array of available I/O extension modules (Input/Output) and function expansion modules allowing the bespoke creation of new or the expansion of existing systems.;Supplied with an available free software download the RS PRO Programmable Logic Controllers are fast, consistent, hardwearing and reliable and with its high-speed capabilities these PLC’s are ideal for packaging machinery, automated production lines, industrial robotics and textile operations.;For a full list of all PLC’s, expansion module and accessories in this series please see the attached RS PRO datasheet.
