The Modicon TM3 is a MachineStruxure I/O system. The next generation of MachineStruxure from Schneider Electric is an intuitive solution for machine automation with all the features and functions you need to build machines that will improve your bottom line. From design and development, to commissioning and maintenance, MachineStruxure is a complete machine building solution with benefits all through the machine life cycle.

The Modicon TM3 expansion module offer provides an opportunity to enhance the capabilities of Modicon M221, M241 and M251 logic controllers.

In addition, the TM3 expansion system is flexible due to the possibility of remotely locating some of the TM3 modules in the enclosure or another cabinet (up to 5 meters away, using a bus expansion system.
