The Revolution Pi DO (Digital Output) allows you to transform your base RevPi Core unit into an industrial controller. To do this, you can connect numerous digital I/O modules to it.

The RevPi DO unit is a specialist digital output only version which features 16 digital outputs. The RevPI DO is protected to EN61131-2 standards against interference and will operate between temperatures of -40°C to +55°C.

• DIN rail mountable (to EN 50022) & compact in size making it perfect to mount several where space restrictions may apply.

• Polycarbonate housing material prescribed to standard EN 61131-3 (resistance to vibration/shock/damp air/high&low temperatures)

• IP20 rated (effective sealing resistant to foreign bodies such as dirt/dust)

• Built-in reverse polarity & overload protection to protect you and your surroundings in case of a fault.

• Compatible with all RevPi base modules, expansion modules & RevPi Gate modules

• DC inputs with a voltage threshold for an industry standard 24 V power supply which is compliant to EN61131-2.

• Low-pass filtering which helps prevent input signal bouncing.

• Outputs not only come through digital signal but also a pulse-width modulated PWM signal

With this digital output module, the RevPi Core can be expanded by 16 digital outputs, thus creating the prerequisite for a small industrial controller. The expansion module is connected to the RevPi core via the top connector. The connector is included in the scope of delivery of this expansion module.
