Marine Telephone Hood

The marine telephone hood has been designed specifically for installation in hazardous or arduous areas and as such is totally robust and environment proof. Typical applications are the offshore and onshore petrochemical industries, the power and construction industries. The hood is manufactured in two separate halves from a class 1 polyester resin reinforced with glass fibres, then bonded and held together with stainless steel rivets. Within a sandwich of the fibreglass in the rear half is a MDF board support that allows telephones up to 20kg to be mounted.
