The Molex HD Mezz system is suitable for applications requiring high pin-count devices on mezzanine or module printed circuit boards (PCBs). The design of the HD Mezz system allows for multiple stack heights and circuit-size extensions as well as utilizing Molex's patented solder-attach method for PCB termination. The HD Mezz can handle data rates up to 12.5 Gbps through its 14 differential pairs per cm².
