Tektronix Mixed Domain Oscilloscope MDO3000 Series with Spectrum Analyzer Module MDO3SA


MDO3000 oscilloscopes are multi-functional with integrated spectrum analyzer, Wave Inspector Navigation, MSO, serial and parallel bus triggering and analysis, and digital voltmeter. The scope's standard integral spectrum analyzer enables users to analyze RF signals up to the rated bandwidth of the scope. Module MDO3SA is a permanent upgrade which extends the spectrum analyzer frequency coverage to 3GHz.
