The Keysight Technologies 3000 X series 100MHz oscilloscope enables 1,000,000 waveforms per second update rate with mega-zoom IV smart memory technology. The fast waveform update rates improve the probability of capturing random and infrequent events that can not be captured using an oscilloscope with a lower waveform update rate. It has 4 analogue channels. It also provides maximum investment protection with the only 5 in 1 instrument integration.
