The Keysight Technologies 4000 X-Series offer the industry’s first dual-channel, integrated 20-MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator. The integrated generator provides stimulus output of sine, square, ramp, pulse, DC, noise, sine cardinal (sinc), exponential rise, exponential fall, cardiac, Gaussian pulse, and arbitrary waveforms (AWG) to your device under test. Signal modulation capability is also available.
