The Broadcom 3A gate drive optocoupler with integrated IGBT protection and fault reporting along with automatic fault reset feature. It features high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) and provides minimal propagation delay with excellent timing skew. This optocoupler is ideal for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications.
