Stand-alone (no connection to PC, PLC or microprocessor), Mixed or Direct modes (connected to PC, PLC or microprocessor):

Stand-alone – programmed EEPROM runs executable whenever drive is powered
Mixed – runs executable program from EEPROM and able to receive commands from PC, PLC or microprocessor
Direct – without programmed EEPROM; commands direct from PC, PLC or microprocessor

Note

RS232/485 interface is only required when programming the EEPROM, or when running in Mixed or Direct mode.
