Honeywell Unipolar Hall Effect Sensor, 3-Pin, 10mA - SS500 Series - SS543AT

Use this Hall effect sensor from Honeywell to detect and measure magnetic fields. It works by converting the strength of a magnetic field into a corresponding electrical voltage reading. This sensor produces a digital output, so data is easy to process using digital-enabled devices. A wide supply voltage range of 3.8 to 30V DC makes it suitable for use in multiple industrial applications. Thanks to its broad operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C, you can safely use this unit in hot or cold environments. It's also thermally balanced, so its accuracy won't be affected by fluctuations in temperature.

Features & Benefits

• Maximum current consumption of 10mA for energy-efficient operation

• 3-pin terminal design for installation on PCBs (printed circuit boards) where space is limited

Applications

• Robotics

• RPM (revolutions per minute) measurement devices

• Automotive systems

How do I mount this sensor?

This Hall effect sensor is designed for surface mounting via soldering, ensuring a secure, air-tight connection that won't easily come loose. It can withstand a maximum temperature of +245°C for up to 10 seconds.
